10/29/77 always.

For earlier versions w/the Stronger Than Dirt jam 6/18/74 is fantastic.

The EYES of 6/9/76 has a jazz-jam intro that's nearly 9 mins. long before Jerry even sings word one...excellent version.

In addition: Virtually any EYES during May of '77 is a winner. 5/18/77 in particular is fantastic.

EYES got speeded out in the 80's but returns to a rare and more relaxed form w/great jams on 4/3/82 at the Scope in VA.

Great late versions include 7/18/89 at Alpine Valley, part of one of the best 2nd sets they ever played.

and the aforementioned W/out a Net version w/Branford Marsalis on Sax should not be missed.
